Dr. Brown is an entrepreneur who has created opportunities for his team and clients in domestic, international, profit, and non-profit endeavors over the last 25 years. He is the owner of The Dental Implant Place, providing implants and CAD/CAM designed and machined restorations for clients. He co-founded and led The Mini Dental Implant Centers of America, a company selling licenses, training, and marketing expertise to dentists in locations across eleven states. He is the co-founder and President of Brown Mobile Dental, a company that delivers dental care to nursing home residents. He founded The Small Diameter Implant Institute, located in the Dominican Republic to train dentists from the US in implant surgery while providing Dominican’s free, life-changing care. Dr. Brown consults with implant manufactures in the design, use, and marketing of their products. He co-founded and served as President of The American Academy of Small Diameter Implants and the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants, organizations dedicated to advancing the art and science of dental implants. 

In 2000 Dr. Brown and Dr. Kendrick Kahler MD co-founded Gilead’s Hope, a non-profit corporation that established a hospital in Phnom Penh, Cambodia which has cared for over 60,000 people. Dr. Brown serves on the Board of The Energy Council of the Americas created to facilitate public and private organizations to develop opportunities in Mexico’s privatization of their hydrocarbon resources. He served on The Texas Heart Institute Foundation Board fund raising for a world leader in cardiac research, stem cell, and regenerative medicine. He is a member of Defense Orientation Conference Association, formed by the US Department of Defense to educate through political, government, military, and business leaders in countries worldwide.  He received a BS degree in Biology in 1984 from Baylor University, Waco, Texas, and a DDS in 1988 from Baylor Dental School, Dallas, Texas. He is a 2015 graduate of Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Business Program through Babson College MBA.
